This Two Ingredient Protein Froyo is a simple, creamy treat! Made from just yogurt and frozen fruit, you can easily adapt this recipe by substituting the strawberries for your favorite fruit. Blend it up and eat it right away for a soft serve texture, or freeze for 30 minutes for a firmer texture!

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional
