yogurt covered pretzels… that ACTUALLY have protein in them?! yep. i finally nailed the recipe. 🥨✨
these have everything you love about those classic yogurt-covered pretzels from the store: sweet, salty, crunchy, & creamy. however, MY version is packed with protein, gluten-free, sugar-free, & made with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Collagen Peptides Powder - Further Food

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips

- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Grain-Free Pretzel Twists, Sea Salt - Fit Joy

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- optional: first, toast pretzels for 8-10 minutes at 300. this helps so they stay crunchy once frozen! allow to cool before dipping in mixture.
- in a bowl, mix together greek yogurt & vanilla collagen peptides.
- in another bowl, add white chocolate chips & coconut oil; microwave in 15 second intervals until melted & smooth.
- allow white chocolate to cool for a few minutes, then mix in yogurt mixture.
- using a fork or spatula, gently dip & completely coat each pretzel in the yogurt glaze.
- gently shake pretzel with a fork to get excess coating off, then place on a lined sheet pan.
- freeze for at least 4 hours + store in the freezer & enjoy!
