Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 400.
  2. to a sheet pan, add any fall veggies of choice - I added my favorites!
  3. toss veggies with oil & seasonings of choice.
  4. roast for 25-30 minutes.
  5. to make vinaigrette, add all ingredients to a sauce pan, except bacon crumbles.
  6. let simmer for ~10 minutes - adding water to thin as needed.
  7. add in bacon crumbles at the end.
  8. while veggies are cooking, prepare any other toppings you like - I listed my favs.
  9. to a plate bowl, lay down a bed of leafy greens, then add roasted veggies, shrimp, bacon wrapped dates, flackers, any other toppings of choice, & drizzle with creamy bacon vinaigrette.
