Fall Harvest Blondies
Soft baked, chewy blondies, made gluten free, refined sugar free, and with a dairy option, too. Perfect to impress guests at any of your fall or holiday gatherings!
Ingredients

- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Coconut Sugar, Or organic brown sugar

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Almond Flour

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Baking Powder

- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Sea Salt

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Chocolate Gems - Unreal, Dye free chocolates

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Melt butter, and Whisk wet ingredients together
- Fold in dry ingredients. Do not pack flours
- Fold in most of the chocolate chips, reserving some for topping
- Pour into 8x8 dish lined with parchment paper
- Top with dye free chocolate gems & more chocolate chips
- Bake for 30-35 min until top starts to golden
- Sprinkle with flakey sea salt
- Allow to cool 1 hour before cutting, or else they'll be too gooey and hard to cut neatly
- Enjoy!
- As great as they are warm there's so dense and rich cold, too!
