Frozen Yogurt Blueberries
Blueberries are one of my FAVORITE things to include in meals after exercise, and here’s why 👇🏼
🫐 blueberries are high in anthocyanins, which help reduce oxidative stress caused by intense exercise. Oxidative stress can contribute to prolonged muscle fatigue and delay recovery ❤️🩹
🫐 blueberries have anti-inflammatory properties and can reduce inflammation following intense exercise 💪🏼
🫐 blueberries can also replenish depleted energy stores in your muscles, leading to better performance the next time you exercise! 🏃🏼♀️
