Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Process oreos in a food processor until broken down into sand-like texture. Pulse in melted butter.
  2. Press crust into a 9 inch tart pan. Set in fridge while you make the cookie dough.
  3. In a bowl, combine cashew butter, yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Stir in almond flour and chocolate chips.
  5. Press cookie dough into crust.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and spread over top of cookie dough. Garnish with sea salt, if desired.
  7. Chill for 20 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
