Craving cookie dough? It doesn't get tastier than this no-bake cookie dough tart! Made with a cookie crust and a grain-free cookie dough, this tart is the perfect dessert for cookie dough lovers.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Almond Flour
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cashew Butter
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, use dairy-free, for vegan
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Maple Flavored Syrup - Lakanto
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet, I used dairy-free
- 24 whole24 whole24 whole Gluten-Free Oreo
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted, melted
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup 55% Organic Vegan Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips - Pascha
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Process oreos in a food processor until broken down into sand-like texture. Pulse in melted butter.
- Press crust into a 9 inch tart pan. Set in fridge while you make the cookie dough.
- In a bowl, combine cashew butter, yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in almond flour and chocolate chips.
- Press cookie dough into crust.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread over top of cookie dough. Garnish with sea salt, if desired.
- Chill for 20 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
