Breakfast Banana Split
Inspired by the classic ice cream dessert, this Breakfast Banana Split is the ultimate dessert for breakfast! It's a fun, healthy treat made with yogurt, fresh berries, and granola, and it comes together in no time.
Ingredients
- 111 Banana, ripe but not overripe
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Milk Yogurt, or yogurt of choice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, optional
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Mixed Berries, Fresh
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Granola

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cacao Nibs, Organic, Raw
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chocolate Sunflower Seed Butter - Sunbutter, or chocolate spread of choice

- Slice the banana in half lengthwise, then remove the peel and place on a plate.
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt and protein powder (if using). Stir until combined and smooth. If you're not using protein powder, skip this step.
- Add yogurt mixture in the middle of the banana halves. Top with berries, granola, and cacao nibs.
- Add chocolate SunButter to a small bowl and microwave for 20 seconds to melt it into a drippy consistency. Use a spoon to drizzle it over the banana split. Enjoy!
