- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Kite Hill Greek Style Yogurt -Plain Unsweetened
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Coarse-Dijon Mustard (Noble Made)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Seafood Seasoning - Primal Palate
