Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large pot melt ghee and add onions, celery root, and Oomph (carrot and parsley if using). Cook till softened.
  2. Add potatoes and broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Lower and simmer till potatoes are soft.
  4. Add almond milk, yeast, salt, pepper and garlic.
  5. Immersion blend till smooth, simmer 10 minutes.
  6. Combine sour cream and chives in a bowl.
  7. Garnish soup with sour cream and bacon.
  8. Enjoy!
