Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Tomato, diced (see notes)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Bell Pepper, diced (see notes)
- 8.5 oz8.5 oz8.5 oz Creole Inspired Flavor Starter Sauce - Mesa de Vida, or Mesa de Vida starter sauce of choice!
- 1-2 cups1-2 cups1-2 cups White Wine, and/or broth, if desired
- Salt, to taste/health needs
