These brownies are made from just four ingredients - & one of them is a vegetable! Naturally gluten-free and made without any butter or oil, these brownies are soft and perfectly fudgy.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and prepare an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and combine with pumpkin puree and almond butter.
  3. Whisk in eggs.
  4. Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Let brownies cool completely before slicing!

Notes

Swap almond butter for another nut butter, if you prefer!
