Air Fryer Carrots
This is a great vegetable side dish that comes together quickly and easily. It's Whole30 and Paleo compatible and only requires five ingredients.
Ingredients
- 777 Carrots, large, peeled and sliced into .25-inch thick coins
- 333 Garlic, cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ghee, melted
- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Black Pepper
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp ground Ginger

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a medium bowl toss all the ingredients together until fully combined.
- Place the seasoned carrots in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Shake the basket or stir the carrot coins every 7 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- The carrots should be tender and slightly browned when they are done.
