I am a big fan of pork chops, and cooking them in the oven helps keep them juicy. This marinade gives the pork chops extra flavor, and it’s super easy to make. I used pork chops that were about an inch thick. If you use pork chops that are any thinner, you won’t want to cook them for the recommended amount.   1. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, honey, and minced garlic.
  2. Add the pork chops to a container with a lid. Pour the marinade over the pork chops. Over the container and place it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  3. After marinating the pork chops, preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Add the pork chops to the basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Serve with your favorite vegetable side.
