Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. make a batch of my birthday cake protein cookie dough balls, but only use 1-2 t of water to reach more of crumbly consistency, rather than rolling into balls.
  2. freeze crumble until ready to add in below.
  3. preheat oven to 350.
  4. to a sheet pan, add protein cereal & sandwich cookies.
  5. in a sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter & brown.
  6. stir in remaining “caramel” ingredients & mix until everything is dissolved.
  7. pour caramel mixture over cereal, then bake for 8-10 minutes.
  8. remove from oven.
  9. to make white chocolate collagen ganache: melt white chocolate chips → mix in vanilla collagen peptides, & water until reaches a nice fudgy consistency
  10. pour & spread an even layer of the white chocolate chocolate ganache over bark.
  11. cool for 10 minutes, then sprinkle birthday cake crumble on top & lightly press in + extra sprinkles for pizzazz.
  12. allow to cool, then place in the fridge or freezer for 15-30 minutes before breaking into bark pieces.
