This latte is packed with gut-healing properties and is perfect any time of the day. It's Whole30 and Paleo compatible as well.
Ingredients
- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Bone Broth, (I used Kettle & Fire chicken broth)
- 20 grams20 grams20 grams MCT Powder, (2 scoops)
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp ground Ginger
- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp Turmeric
- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 111 Collagen, scoop peptides

- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan on medium heat and bring to a simmer.
- Remove the bone broth latte from the heat and blend it with a handheld frother or pour the mixture into a blender and mix until it's creamy and frothy.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator after it cools.
