Buckeye Brownie Bites
What's better than a brownie? A brownie layered with sweet peanut butter fudge and cool chocolate whipped cream, of course! These squares are a cool, sweet treat perfect for any time of the year.
Ingredients
Brownie Base
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Otto's Naturals Grain-Free Classic Brownie Mix, fully prepared
Peanut Butter Fudge
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Unsalted Butter
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Chocolate Whipped Cream
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Cool Whip
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted and slightly cooled

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- First, bake up your brownies according to the box, and let cool for at least an hour.
- Next, make your peanut butter fudge by whipping all the ingredients for that together.
- Layer the fudge onto the brownies.
- Next, lightly whip together the Cool Whip and melted but cooled chocolate by folding it into each other.
- Softly spread this onto the peanut butter fudge then freeze the whole pan of brownies for 2+ hours.
- Slice into bites and enjoy!
