i have a major obsession with primal kitchen's buffalo sauce. the heat of the sauce, mixed with the cool refreshing guac is just marvelous. try out these flatbreads for a yummy meal!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. in a bowl, combine chicken, buffalo sauce, greek yogurt or cottage cheese, & smoked paprika.
  2. heat chicken for ~1-2 minutes or until warm.
  3. add a flatbread to a skillet & heat on both sides until starts to crisp.
  4. spread a layer of guacamole on flatbread, then add buffalo chicken mixture, & cheese.
  5. heat flatbread until cheese is melted - I like to serve mine with a side of veggies.
