  1. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
  2. Divide the chicken mixture evenly between 6 tortillas and spread a thin layer of chicken all the way to the edges of each tortilla.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the tortillas chicken-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the tortilla is lightly crisp.
  5. In a separate bowl, toss the romaine with Caesar dressing, parmesan, and croutons.
  6. Top each smashed taco with the Caesar salad mixture and serve immediately.
