  1. Beat together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add egg replacement and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  3. Then add all dry ingredients except the chocolates and stir into a dough.

  5. Scoop 1 ounce balls of dough out onto parchment lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, then press in another peppermint chocolate candy.
