Cassava Flour Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cassava Flour
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Sunbutter, or any nut butter
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup, or raw honey
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Raisins, or dairy free chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Sea Salt

- Combine everything until dough is formed. Roll into balls and flatten out a little. Cook on 350 for 20-22 minutes. Makes around 15 cookies.
