- 1/2 lb1/2 lb1/2 lb Clams, (see notes)
- 1/2 lb1/2 lb1/2 lb Cod, or other fish (see notes)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Diced Tomatoes, canned (see notes)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Onion, diced (see notes)
- 8.5 oz8.5 oz8.5 oz Mediterranean Inspired Flavor Starter Sauce - Mesa de Vida, (1 bottle)
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups White Wine, and/or seafood broth
- Salt, to taste/health needs

- Add all ingredients to a skillet and bring to a simmer on medium-high heat.
- Cover, lower the heat to low & cook for 30-45 minutes, or until protein is fully cooked and tender.
- Serve over rice, pasta, couscous, quinoa, mashed potatoes, or with your favorite bread or tortillas on the side.
