- Seafood Medley, or protein of choice

- rinse your hearts of palm noodles & set aside.
- chop, cook, & gather any green veggies you like - I used a green cruciferous blend, cucumbers, & edamame.
- to a bowl, add heart of palm noodles + green veggies + green goddess dressing; mix well.
