Crispy Cinnamon Apples
I love apples all year round and I love cooking with apples. These Crispy Cinnamon Apples will really surprise you with the crispy, browned edges and soft pillowy insides. They are so delicious right out of the pan warm as a treat but especially amazing on grilled pork chops! You will be wishing you doubled this recipe!
Ingredients
- 333 Pink Lady Apple, peeled, cored and cubed
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp 4th & Heart Vanilla Bean Ghee
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cashew Flour
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Raisins, unsweetened
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Organic Walnuts, chopped
- 0 pinch0 pinch0 pinch Salt

Process

- Melt ghee in saute pan
- Add apples and cook over medium high heat for a few minutes
- Sprinkle with flour and salt
- Cook till apples begin to crisp up, tossing occasionally to be sure they aren't burning
- Add walnuts and raisins and toss well
- Enjoy
