Easy Deconstructed Kabobs
These Easy Deconstructed Kabobs are family friendly and a great weeknight meal. It is a two step recipe that is Whole30 and Paleo friendly.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Beef Tenderloin Tips, (Greensbury market)
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Pineapple, Cubed
- 111 Bell Pepper, I like green best, diced
- 111 Red Onion, Cubed
- 111 Noble Made Classic Marinade
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt and Pepper

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all the ingredients into a gallon size ziplock back or a large bowl. Marinade in the fridge for 1-4 hours.
- When you are ready to cook, heat a large pan (I like cast iron) to medium high heat. Pour everything that has been marinated, including the sauce, into the pan.
- Cook for 20 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and veggies are fork tender.
- Serve over your favorite grain or veggie (cauliflower rice, rice, quinoa).
Notes
As I mentioned above, use any meat that you and your family enjoys! // You can do this in a cast iron on the grill to keep your house cool in the summer, or on the stove if you prefer. // Serve this over any rice of your choosing. To make it Whole30 compatible, cauliflower rice is a good option. If you like rice, quinoa, or any other grain, those are delicious too!
