Ingredients

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine all the ingredients into a gallon size ziplock back or a large bowl. Marinade in the fridge for 1-4 hours.
  2. When you are ready to cook, heat a large pan (I like cast iron) to medium high heat. Pour everything that has been marinated, including the sauce, into the pan.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and veggies are fork tender.
  4. Serve over your favorite grain or veggie (cauliflower rice, rice, quinoa).

Notes

As I mentioned above, use any meat that you and your family enjoys! // You can do this in a cast iron on the grill to keep your house cool in the summer, or on the stove if you prefer. // Serve this over any rice of your choosing. To make it Whole30 compatible, cauliflower rice is a good option. If you like rice, quinoa, or any other grain, those are delicious too!
