Flourless Brownies (gluten-free)
These Flourless Brownies are so easy to make. Made without any flour, these brownies require simple but wholesome ingredients and come together in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg, use flax eggs, for vegan
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cocoa Powder
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup 100% Unsweetened Chocolate Chips, use dairy-free, for vegan

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prep an 8x8 baking dish.
- Mix together bananas, peanut butter, egg, vanilla and maple syrup until smooth.
- Stir in cocoa powder and baking soda, then add chocolate chips.
- Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Make these brownies vegan by using flax eggs and dairy-free chocolate!
