This is the perfect post-workout snack! It's high in the amino acid leucine, which helps the body build muscle.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mixed Berries, Fresh
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Granola
