Ghost Chocolate Bark
Who knew a toothpick could create Halloween magic? This ghost chocolate bark is the easiest spooky-season treat you'll make all year. No molds, no fancy tools: just spread the chocolate, dot on some white chocolate, and drag each dollop with a toothpick to give your ghosts their little wispy tails. Add mini chocolate chip eyes and a sprinkle of dye-free sprinkles, freeze, and cut. My kids love helping make the ghosts (and they love eating them even more).

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil and stir until smooth. You can do this on the stovetop in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second bursts.
- Pour the melted milk chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread it into an even layer.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with 1/2 tsp coconut oil and stir until smooth.
- While the milk chocolate is still soft, spoon small dollops of white chocolate across the bark, spacing them out.
- Place a toothpick in the center of each white chocolate dollop and drag it down and to the side to create the ghost's wispy tail.
- Press two or three mini chocolate chips into each ghost for the eyes and mouth, then scatter the sprinkles over the top.
- Freeze for about 1 hour, until completely firm. Cut into pieces with a sharp knife, and enjoy!
