Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Shred 1/2 rotisserie chicken into a bowl
  2. Mix 1c of barbecue sauce with the chicken
  3. Slice brioche buns and lay the bottom into a pan
  4. Spoon generous portions of chicken onto each bun
  5. Break the Provolone slices in half
  6. Place Provolone on top of the chicken
  7. *Optional Crispy Onions
  8. Place vegetable oil in a microwave safe dish
  9. Cut onion into spirals and submerge into the oil
  10. Microwave for 4 minutes; checking on the onions in 1 minute increments
  11. Sprinkle a Pinch of salt on top of the onions
  12. Por more bbq sauce on top of the cheese
  13. Add crispy onions
  14. Put on the top of the brioche bun
  15. In a bowl melt 1/2 stick of butter
  16. Add 1/2 tbsp of parsley
  17. Add 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  18. Mix together and brush on top of the buns
  19. *Optional bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes for melted cheese and an added crunch

Notes

Two gluten free brands of bbq sauce I like are G Hughes sugar free and Sweet Baby Rays.
