Gochujang Ground Beef Bowls
A tasty bowl that's easy and quick to make but not short on flavor! Serve with a side of fresh cucumber and your favorite sautéed veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Onion, diced
- 3 cloves3 cloves3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Gochujang (red chili paste)
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt, to taste
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch White Pepper, to taste

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat up a pan with avocado oil on medium heat, sauté garlic and onions till browned and softened.
- Add in ground beef, break it up and let it brown. I don’t like to move around my meat too much till it browns.
- Once browned, stir in gochujang and salt/pepper. Reduce to a simmer and let it cook for another 5-8 minutes to let the flavors combine together.
- Serve with cauliflower rice, top with green onion, sesame seeds & cilantro!
