- first make a batch of green goddess dressing.
- chop up any green veggies & choose your favorite seafood,then add to a bowl with ~¾ of the green goddess dressing; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- with remaining green goddess dressing, mix with mashed avocado.
- add bread to a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes to “toast” bottom of bread.
- to build toast, remove toast from skillet then layer on: mashed avocado mixture → green goddess seafood salad → any other garnishes.
