- 111 Avocado
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp White Miso Paste

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Wasabi Powder
choose your green veggies
- English Cucumber, chopped
- Green Beans, chopped
- Sugar Snap Peas, chopped
- Broccoli, chopped

- Green Onion (Scallion), chopped

- Zucchini, chopped
- Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- Green Cabbage, chopped
- Microgreens, chopped
- Capers, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- first, make japanese green goddess dressing by adding everything to a food processor & blending until well combined.
- choose your favorite green veggies, protein of choice (I went with lobster), & any other add-ins you like; mix with japanese green goddess dressing.
- set up a large cutting board or work surface & fill a shallow bowl or pie plate with cool water.
- submerge a single sheet of rice paper into the water for 3-5 seconds.
- transfer rice paper to your cutting board, then add in your green goddess mixture.
- fold the bottom edge over the filling, fold in the sides, then tightly roll to create a summer roll.
- repeat with remaining rice paper wrappers & fillings.
- optional: to a plate, add furikake & wasabi, then roll each rice paper in mixture.
- serve with extra japanese green goddess dressing & any other green veggies or six mix chips for dipping; enjoy!
