Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. first, make japanese green goddess dressing by adding everything to a food processor & blending until well combined.
  2. choose your favorite green veggies, protein of choice (I went with lobster), & any other add-ins you like; mix with japanese green goddess dressing.
  3. set up a large cutting board or work surface & fill a shallow bowl or pie plate with cool water.
  4. submerge a single sheet of rice paper into the water for 3-5 seconds.
  5. transfer rice paper to your cutting board, then add in your green goddess mixture.
  6. fold the bottom edge over the filling, fold in the sides, then tightly roll to create a summer roll.
  7. repeat with remaining rice paper wrappers & fillings.
  8. optional: to a plate, add furikake & wasabi, then roll each rice paper in mixture.
  9. serve with extra japanese green goddess dressing & any other green veggies or six mix chips for dipping; enjoy!
