this jam takes fiber-rich pears, pairs them with figs + chia seeds (hello, more fiber!), crispy prosciutto, & tons of other delicious fall flavors + spices to create one of the best homemade jams of all time.

spread it on pancakes or waffles, eat it by the spoonful, add it to a breakfast board, or follow my pancake stack with chicken sausage + goat cheese for the ultimate fall breakfast. šāØ
Ingredients
prosciutto, pear, fig, & chia spiced jam
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Prosciutto
- 222 Pear, Bartlett, finely chopped
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Figs, Black Mission, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Chia Seeds, ground

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Orange, the juice

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Organic Maple Extract
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Orange Salt Electrolyte Mix ā LMNT, or 1/2 t sea salt

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Apple Pie Spice - Primal Palate

- 1 - 1.5 cup1 - 1.5 cup1 - 1.5 cup Water, slowly add in a little at a time

- 1 oz1 oz1 oz Mini Chicken Breakfast Sausage Links, may use pre-made patties or my homemade (link in notes)
- 0.25 - 0.5 oz0.25 - 0.5 oz0.25 - 0.5 oz Goat Cheese

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
prosciutto, pear, fig, & chia spiced jam
- to a skillet, add prosciutto & fry for 1-2 minutes or until starts to crisp up.
- remove prosciutto from skillet & dice up finely.
- add all other ingredients to skillet, diced prosciutto, & only ~1/2 cup of the water.
- simmer on low for ~20 minutes, adding in ~1/4 cup water every 6-8 minutes.
pancake stack
- first, make a batch of my protein pancakes - any size you like!
- use either pre-made chicken sausage patties OR make a variation of my pumpkin breakfast sausages (linked in the notes).
- to build your stack, take a protein pancake, then top with a chicken sausage patty ā> prosciutto, pear, fig, & chia spiced jam ā> goat cheese ā> extra sprinkle of apple pie spice & enjoy!
