- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Bees Knees Spicy Honey
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coarse-Dijon Mustard (Noble Made)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Garlic Powder

- Grill the ear of corn, rotating every 5 minutes until cooked through (about 20 minutes total). Grill the apple slices for about 2-3 minutes per side. Split the arugula, blue cheese, red onion, tomato, avocado, and pecans between two bowls. Cut the grilled corn off the cob, and split it between the two bowls. Split the grilled apples between the two bowls. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, honey, and garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper as desired. Drizzle the dressing over the two salads, and enjoy!
