Grilled Garlic Butter Chicken Wings

Ingredients

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Onion Powder

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Paprika

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt, regular table salt

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Black Pepper

- 6 Tbsp6 Tbsp6 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted

- 1 clove1 clove1 clove Garlic, 1 medium size clove, minced or crushed

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Chives
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Parsley, Flat Leaf, minced

- 111 Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Remove the chicken from the packaging, pat dry, and add them to a medium size bowl.
- Add 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, 1/4 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper to the chicken wings and toss them to coat.
- Mince or crush the garlic clove and set it aside.
- Mince the parsley and the chives and set them aside in the same or separate bowls.
- Pre-heat the gas grill to medium-high heat.
- Once pre-heated add the chicken wings and cook, turning them as needed until no longer pink and the juices run clear. Approximately 20 minutes or to 165°F.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl then add the garlic and stir to infuse the butter with the garlic flavor.
- Once the chicken wings are cooked add them to the garlic butter mixture and toss to coat them evenly.
- Remove the wings to a serving tray and sprinkle liberally with the grated parmesan cheese.
- Top with the minced chives and parsley.
Notes
If using salted butter reduce the salt by 1/2 tsp.
