High Protein Cookie Dough Brownies
The best of both worlds in ONE dessert! Gluten, dairy, and refined sugar FREE, but still with an irresistible flavor that will leave you MMMMing after each bite!

Brownie Base
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Coconut Oil, or butter/ghee
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Raw Cacao Powder
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Flour
Cookie Dough Layer
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Cashew Butter
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Almond Flour
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Oil, melted. or butter/ghee
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Unreal Chocolate Gems
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- combine choc chips and coconut oil over low heat until melted
- add syrup until thickened
- then add eggs and vanilla and combine
- add coconut flour and cacao flour
- cook your brownies at 350 for 20 min in an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper
- let cool completely
- top with cookie dough mixture and press choc gems & chips overtop
- sprinkle with flakey sea salt
- slice and enjoy!
- store in fridge
