Homemade Fruit Roll Ups
These homemade fruit roll ups are so easy to make and they always turn out delicious. These are only two ingredients. When you compare this to store bought, you will never not make your own!
Ingredients
- 4 - 6 whole4 - 6 whole4 - 6 whole Nectarine
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Agave Nectar Syrup
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a blender, add your chopped nectarines. Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Pour fruit into a saucepan. Whisk in agave. Let it simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 170 degrees.
- Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet that’s covered in parchment paper.
- Place pan in the oven and cook for 4-5 hours. You will know when it’s done because if when you touch the top of the fruit roll up, your finger will be clean. The fruit roll up should be dry essentially.
- Let it cool. Cut into strips and roll with the parchment paper.
- Enjoy!
