Jalapeño Lime Chicken Tenders
Whether you call them chicken tenders, chicken fingers or chicken nuggets theres one thing for sure.....everybody loves them! These Jalapeño Lime Chicken Tenders are sure to be a hit with the family. They are spicy and have a crunchy coating and the juiciest tender chicken inside. This recipe is ready in less than 30 minutes from start to table so it is definitely a winner winner chicken dinner!
Ingredients
- 1.25 lb1.25 lb1.25 lb Chicken Tenders
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Jalapeño, seeded & minced
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Lime, juiced
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Pork Panko
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado Oil Spray

- Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towel
- In a medium sized bowl add mayo, lime juice & jalapeño, stir well
- In another bowl add pork Panko & all spice, stir to combine
- Dip chicken in mayo mixture then into crumb mixture coating well, move to a plate
- Continue till all are coated
- Spray the basket of your air fryer with the oil
- place tenders in basket trying not to touch
- Spray top of tenders
- Set air fryer to 365
- Cook time to 15 minutes
