Kefta Kabob
Ground turkey with parsley, cilantro and six spices, shaped into cylinders and browned in a skillet — no grill, no skewers. The allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon are what make these taste like kefta and not like a meatball.
Chop the onion as fine as you can stand. Anything coarser holds water, and the cylinders split along the chunks the moment they hit the pan. Keep the heat medium-low and turn them onto all four sides.
