S’mores Banana Bread
S’mores banana bread is what happens when you let your kids help plan dessert. It starts as a vegan almond flour banana bread, then gets a whole campfire on top — chocolate chips, crumbled graham crackers and mini marshmallows that toast in the oven. One honest heads-up: because there are no eggs, the center sinks a little as it cools. It tastes exactly the same, and nobody has ever once complained.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients.

- Bake around 40 minutes, keeping an eye on it so the banana bread doesn't burn. Enjoy!
Notes
Tools: a masher and a silicone loaf pan. Because this banana bread contains no eggs, the middle will sink in once cooled. To prevent that, you can substitute oat flour for the almond flour and add 2 tbsp ground flaxseed (which will produce a denser banana bread), or experiment by adding 3 eggs to the batter (but then it will not remain vegan).
