Lamb Kebabs
These delicious lamb kebabs are perfect for summer gatherings. You can cook them on the grill outdoors or you can cook them in a pan indoors. Either way they cook too fast! And they pack in a lot of flavor! Finely chopped red onions, ginger, garlic, cumin and loads of fresh cilantro make these kebabs so tasty! They are perfect as an appetizer or as a main course as a burger!
I have used US Wellness Meats ground lamb, which is 100% grass fed and grass finished. The superior quality of the meat can be felt in the delicious flavor!

- In a large mixing bowl, add the lamb and all the other ingredients except the avocado oil. Using your hands mix all the ingredients well into the ground lamb mixture so that they are uniformly distributed into it. Divide the mixture into about 8-10 equal portions.
- Heat a cast iron pan or a stainless steel skillet and when hot add about a tbsp of the avocado oil. Pan fry the lamb patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side on low medium heat. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess oil.
- Keep all the cooked kebabs covered in Al foil until serving to keep them moist.
