Meatballs
Everyone that tries these Meatballs loves them and can’t believe how few ingredients are in them. I love making a double batch and freezing some for another time. Add your favorite sauce and pasta or hearts of palm "spaghetti" to keep it Whole30! Whether you are Whole30 or not you will love these meatballs!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Meal/Flour
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Onion, diced
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper
- Avocado Oil, for cooking

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Whisk egg, onion, almond flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl
- Add beef and work together with your hands to combine
- Form into approximately 20 meatballs
- Heat oil in a large pan
- Add meatballs and do not touch for two minutes
- Flip and cook two minutes longer
- Add your favorite sauce and simmer 30 minutes
- Enjoy!
