- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos

- preheat oven to 400.
- to a large skillet, brown ground beef.
- transfer beef to a bowl, then add mushrooms, peppers, & onions to your skillet; cook until sauteed & moisture is evaporated.
- add in green beans & cook for 5-6 minutes while preparing the sauce.
- prepare the sauce, by adding all ingredients to a bowl & whisking until smooth.
- add beef & sauce + ~1 cup cheese to veggie mixture; mix well.
- simmer sauce until thickens.
- transfer to a casserole dish, then add a layer of cheese on top of the skillet.
- bake for 15-20 minutes, with option to broil for last 3-5 minutes.
