These no-bake cinnamon roll bites disappear faster than you can make them. They taste like the center of a cinnamon roll, finished with a rich layer of salted caramel chocolate for the perfect sweet-and-salty bite. Perfect high protein low sugar snack or dessert anytime!

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Cashew Butter

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Almond Milk, as needed
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pascha Salted Caramel Chips, melted

- In a large bowl, combine:
- Almond flour
- Protein powder
- Coconut flour
- Cinnamon
- Salt
- Add:
- Almond butter
- Maple syrup
- Coconut oil
- Vanilla
- Mix until crumbly, then slowly add almond milk (1 tablespoon at a time) until the mixture resembles soft cookie dough.
- Roll into 12–14 bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
- Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate until smooth
- Gently swirl on top of bites
- Flaky sea salt
- Extra cinnamon, if desired
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
