Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. in a skillet, brown ground meat.
  2. in a bowl, whisk together pear, miso, coconut aminos, vinegar, garlic, onion, & ginger.
  3. once meat is brown, add the sauce.
  4. let simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  5. while meat is cooking make cilantro-lime cauliflower rice, by adding cauliflower rice to a skillet.
  6. cook for ~8-10 minutes or until moisture starts to evaporate.
  7. mix in cilantro, lime juice, & salt.
  8. cook for another 5-6 minutes on low heat.
  9. to make sauce, whisk everything together in a bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
  10. to assemble bowl, add cilantro-lim cauliflower rice to a bowl, then layer on bulgogi meat, kimchi coleslaw, any other toppings you like, & drizzle on sauce.
