paleo beef bulgogi bowl

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, may sub rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp ground Ginger
- 111 Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Gochugaru (Korean chili pepper flakes), or red pepper flakes, optional
- 48 oz48 oz48 oz Frozen Cauliflower Rice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 0.5 bunch0.5 bunch0.5 bunch Cilantro, finely chopped

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup English Cucumber, chopped
- 1 oz1 oz1 oz Nori Seaweed
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a skillet, brown ground meat.
- in a bowl, whisk together pear, miso, coconut aminos, vinegar, garlic, onion, & ginger.
- once meat is brown, add the sauce.
- let simmer for 5-6 minutes.
- while meat is cooking make cilantro-lime cauliflower rice, by adding cauliflower rice to a skillet.
- cook for ~8-10 minutes or until moisture starts to evaporate.
- mix in cilantro, lime juice, & salt.
- cook for another 5-6 minutes on low heat.
- to make sauce, whisk everything together in a bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
- to assemble bowl, add cilantro-lim cauliflower rice to a bowl, then layer on bulgogi meat, kimchi coleslaw, any other toppings you like, & drizzle on sauce.
