You just need 10 ingredients and 10 minutes of your time to make this Pineapple Salsa. Fruit Salsas, in general are the perfect summery no-cook recipes that are simple to make and can be enjoyed with grilled meats, chicken, fish, seafood, added to tacos or scooped with your chips. All you need is some crunchy veggies such as red onions, red & green bell peppers, a jalapeño (optional), some fresh cilantro, a couple of spices... and you'll have the most delicious, tangy, sweet, spicy Salsa. This is a great side dish to bring to your next outdoor grilling party, potlucks, picnics or the beach.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. Chop pineapple, red onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, jalapeño (de-seeded, optional) and cilantro. Add it to a bowl.
  2. 2. Add paprika, salt, chaat masala and lime juice. Mix well to combine.
  3. 3. Enjoy as an accompaniment to grilled meats, chicken, fish, seafood, added to tacos or simply scooped with your favorite chips.

Notes

Always use fresh pineapple and not canned, if possible. Feel free to swap Pineapple with Peaches or Strawberries or even combine those 2 fruits for a delicious Mixed Fruit Salsa.
