- make a batch of my protein pancakes using salted caramel protein powder & adding maple extract.
pumpkin chicken sausage
- preheat oven to 400.
- to a bowl, add all pumpkin chicken sausage ingredients & combine well.
- using a medium cookie scoop, make ~12-15 sausage patties, then place on a lined baking sheet.
- bake sausage for 13-15 minutes.
maple apple bacon jam
- to a skillet, add all jam ingredients & simmer on low for 15-20 minutes or until it makes a thick jam.
- stir frequently & add water as needed to keep from burning.
