These Protein Cookie Dough Chocolate Cups are a grain-free, high protein treat! Easily made vegan if dairy-free chocolate is used.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vegan Protein Powder
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Unsweetened Cashew Butter
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a muffin tin with liners.
- Combine almond flour, protein powder, cashew butter, maple syrup and chocolate chips.
- Shape into small disks.
- Melt your chocolate chips and add a small amount to the bottom of a lined muffin tin.
- Add a cookie dough disk on top followed by more melted chocolate.
- Chill until firm.
