This soft chocolate chip cookie skillet is gluten-free, vegan and secretly high in protein. Made without any grains or refined sugar, it requires just a few ingredients and can be baked up in no time at all!

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- Combine almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup, almond milk and baking powder in a bowl.
- Stir in chocolate chips.

- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving!
