This soft chocolate chip cookie skillet is gluten-free, vegan and secretly high in protein. Made without any grains or refined sugar, it requires just a few ingredients and can be baked up in no time at all!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and oil a 8 inch skillet.
  2. Combine almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup, almond milk and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Press batter into prepared skillet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving!
