Quick Healthy Stovetop Chili
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb1/2 lb1/2 lb Ground Beef, (or plant based alternative)
- 1-1.5 cup1-1.5 cup1-1.5 cup Kidney Beans, cooked
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Diced Tomatoes, canned
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Frozen Corn, (see notes)
- 8.5 oz8.5 oz8.5 oz Creole Inspired Flavor Starter Sauce - Mesa de Vida, or Mesa de Vida Starter Sauce of choice (1 bottle)
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Beef Broth, (or your favorite broth)
- Salt, to taste/health needs

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a skillet, sear ground beef (or plant based alternative) to golden brown over medium high-heat.
- Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer, cover, lower the heat to low & cook for 30-45 minutes, or until protein is fully cooked and tender.
- Serve over rice, pasta, couscous, quinoa, mashed potatoes, or with your favorite bread or tortillas on the side.
